Yes, that’s fine but how did the water get there in the first place ?

If it happens again, then the dishwasher has a leak which needs repairing.

I guess the customer gave you the model number jeremy ?

I think it should be FM4448E21.

If it’s the main seal on the door that seals to the cavity it’s part number 77X2039 – £22.21 ex VAT and postage trade 😯

I can get it for you, PM me with your address etc and I’ll sort it 😉

Without a diagnostic visit from a service engineer there’s no 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} way of telling to be honest, we can only advise on the possibilities.

If you’re doing it yourself there’s only one way to find out, by replacing it and see 😉

Have you got the TDS disk Geoff ?

Have a look at the troubleshooting guide, there’s a bit there about these analogic switches.

    I found this bit:

Measure a close circuit between J4-3,
J4-4 and J4-5 and the 3 connector on
analogic pressure switch plug (they are 3
    independent connections)
Is the cable between main board and
    analogic pressure switch OK and
    connected correctly on both sides?

If it’s totally dead and the power is all OK it can only be the PCB by the sounds of it.

You should be able to check that 240v is getting to it easily enough, best look there first by the sound of it.

Oz, we can’t give you specific instructions on how to carry out the repair, but basically the whole drum unit needs to be removed from the machine then split/stripped to acccess the bearings.

A01 means the anti flood protection device has been activated.

This could mean there is a leak or the dishwasher has overfilled to name a couple of possibilities.

You probably are going to need a service visit to be honest to rectify the cause. Let us know your postcode, someone here should be able to assist.

    Hi Jerry.

If you phone the Servis UK spares distributor called GB DAR on 01942 601604, they should be able to supply one for you.

You’ll need the model number though which will be on the inside of the filter door, beginning M???

johnmac11 wrote:I Like the new toolbox for the shop, will Dave be stocking the motorised version??

Nope, Martin has the only real one in his garage 😆

It’s for E-jobs John not the shop 😉 on that note, Martin, can you create something for the shop@ ? 😀

johnmac11 wrote:Seriously though, When e-jobs go live where will the module be placed on the front page?

It will be on the main nav menu on the left and aslo I would imagine there will be a link from the block advertising it half way down on the right hand side. Apart from that, we will be guiding people there from the the foums if they should ask 😉

johnmac11 wrote:Just a thought but if the UKW logo at the top of the home page was moved to the top centre you could fit the toolbox on the right hand side.

It could I guess, but I think the whole top banner is one big logo isn’t it ? :con:

    Re: e-Jobs

Option 1 was always the way it was planned and I believe the way it should remain until such time it is deemed neccessary to change the format.

Jeremy, even with the rates removed, assuming option 2 is your favoured option, there will be no control over who the customer chooses. The most likely thing is they will choose the one at the top more often than not, and being software, agents will be listed in alphabetical order, so again there is a level of unfairness.

Let’s not forget this a new project, even when it goes live things can be changed and adapted to suit, that’s what we’re good at on UKW, being adaptive and changing/reacting as and when required.

Can you post the model number please Bryan, there’s a few Softwave versions out there.

It should begin with AC??? or A???

Not a problem to supply though.

    Dave.

Was that a quick enough response ? 😆
