I don’t think there is such a thing, but there is a wiring diagram tucked next to the timer, it may include a flow chart.

Check for more blockages by the sounds of it.

    Re: Neb spare parts

It’s unlikely anyone except Caremark will have one on the shelf, their phone number is 0870 7502435. The part number you need is 040199009927R.

The Vicenza is a multi-function oven, you have the fan assisted option which doesn’t need the base element to operate, there’s a seperate element for that.

    Heard that before somewhere

Substitute UKW for DASA and it was King Hayter circa 1749 wasn’t it ? Seconded by by Lord Halford, Sir Pannel and the Court Jester Pollock.

    Welcome John 😀

Yep, I have two of the buggers 🙂

PM me your address if you want them and I’ll stick them in the post.

A small donation to UKW of a tenner will cover the lot 😉

    Re: Whirlpool!

Fuck me are they still up to those tricks ?

Even as a spares outlet we used to struggle some months to reach the targets, and we used to order every Whirlpool spare from them rather than via a distributor whether the part was for a Whirlpool call or a simple spares sale/re-stock.

Yep, we recieved a Samsung call via D&G yesterday as well, possibly a coverage issue would be my guess.

GBdar are constantly annoying me trying to get me to do work for them, until they play the game I will keep refusing 😉

I found these web sites that may be useful:

    http://www.thermocouple-connectors.com/

    http://www.contral.co.uk/

There’s always RS as well, but they start at about £30 there 😮

Drop me an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and I can order and send them to you Huw.

What with the time of year you probably won’t recieve them until the late part of next week now though.
