    Re: Hygena oven

It’s OK, there’s only two different QA branded ovens beginning APM3 and the only difference is the colour.

The oven shelf is £27.18 inc VAT and postage.

If you need one ordered and sent to you, drop me an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

    Re: service wanted .com

I forgot to mention, I did recieve a referal from them but as I hadn’t paid any money up front I couldn’t get access to the customer’s details 😆

All I could see was the postcode (which wasn’t in our area anyway) and the appliance (Hotpoint washer).

I guess my details are still there, CBA to check 😉

    Re: Homark oven door removal!

If you follow this link to the Bosch/Siemens website, they have two instructional videos showing how to remove oven doors, one of them should be similar to yours as most built in ovens use a similar design.

Re: If Installation Fault Charge User

I’ve always been hacked off with this.

The very nature of appliances mean that at some point there will be customer issues with installation, misuse, blockages, poor user instructions.

Surely it would be better for the manufacturer to be aware of these rather than impose this sort of nonsense on engineers.

    Re: Hoover inter@ct

    There you go:

    Cutchey Repairs
    30 Ormesby Chine
    South Woodham Ferrers
    Chelmsford
    Essex CM3 7AR
    01245 : 328798

It’s hard to tell with the component price as those are two unrelated fault codes, although it is quite likely they are cuased by the same failure.

Worst case scenario would be the PCB control unit itself I would think, but at around £60 not too expensive.

    Re: New World F/O element

    Is this it ?

That’s the pattern one which is out of stock at Connect but the genuine one is in stock and it’s cheaper than the pattern one 😕

    Part number is C00150196.

    Re: Hoover inter@ct

You’re going to need an engineer for this one, it isn’t a user solveable problem.

Both of those errors indicate component failure.

Pop your postcode up, someone here should be able to help with a service visit.

Iain, if you follow this link:

That shows all UKW engineers that cover the B postcode district.

I just checked out their site at http://www.terim.it (which is in English) and I can’t find a UK contact on there.

Maybe an email to them if AIS can’t oblige:

Re: Indesit C239NF frost free fridge freezer

The PCB is £43.56 and the knob £2.50, both list price ex VAT.

There are a couple of thermistors as well shown on the diagram but no part numbers 😕

By the sounds of this unit it’s been well abused, best left well alone IMO.
