Put it this way, they have nowhere near enough members or coverage to handle the work in that sort of volume. They fucked the Coverplan work up and many of their agents because they said “yes” without looking at the larger picture, it will surely happen again.

I’ve had a PCB on order for one of those since mid July 🙁

I want the one on Ken’s desk NOW !

    😆

Definitely a Bernstien though, PCB approx £100 I think.

Re: zanussi washing machine skipping program

If the pcb was recognising any error it would display this as E??. As it isn’t it can only really be a software error.

Not a DIY job this one really, check the directories section for an engineer in your area or let us know your postcode, someone from the site should be able to help.

If you don’t get any joy James, you can try DAD on 01452 504084, they distribute Miele products, although I have noticed of late that the prices aren’t that great.

Pinky, if you’ve got a dog, teach it how to catch frisbies 😉

AOL disks come in most useful for this and now you can add Corgi’s attempt at call management software to the list 😆

    Yep, got it thanks.

I have just checked the current stock levels at Brandt and they are now out of stock.

I am currently checking other stockists for availability.

I’ll reply to the email when I have more details for you.

    Regards.

Given that nearly all manufacturers now provide these on a free of charge basis normally downloadable from their websites, I hope you complained bitterly 😉

It sounds like a software config error to me.

There is no error code being displayed at all is there ?

Also the PNC from the rating label inside the door would be useful.

Sounds like a damn good idea to me. Van window stickers are best IMO, the same type/size as the DASA one’s.
