Interestingly, I spoke to Richard Dalley this morning about a service call and slipped this in to the converstaion.
NESN quoted £10 a call less than ISDAL. 😯 Work that one out then 😕
We know Merloni have already spoken to CDSL, they already have an agreement with D&G, they have spoken to Independants individually, something is very odd about all this.
IME, Merloni have done the sums of centralising the invoicing for this short term “get us out of the shit” situation and have exploited NESN’s obviously reduced management fee to solve the problem.
Time will tell how long and how successful this partnership will be. Shortlived and rife with problems I would imagine.
Perhaps some of the still current NESN members will enlighten the situation in time when the work gets rolled out.

If you can post the model number up I’ll check availability of the parts for you.
Asko have not gone bankrupt, the are now owned by the same Italian company that own Servis (Antonio Merloni) http://www.antoniomerloni.it/extranet/index_eng_html
Most of the original Asko parts are still available with not too much bother though 😀

Aha, now I know which it is :tup:
It’s a Creda manufactured unit. Fan element is £18.50 including post and VAT.
If you need one let me know by email and I’ll let you have more details.

Your customer can phone that one and the job will go to the relevent EAC agent in her area.

Yep, we have had the same recently with Ariston fan elements, not just leaky to earth but also premature failure (3 Months).
I’m monitoring them at the moment.

Can you check the model number though, 130 is not a listed model.

The recent meeting was meant to be that way Martin.
Meetings 2 and 3 being two dayer’s were both planned with just that in mind, somehow Dave P and Gary A decided to invite themselves along to the last meeting.
I think you’re right though, perhaps we didn’t make it clear enough this time round.

It’s an MFI fridge eddy0.
The hinges are £14.80 each inc VAT, plus postage.
There are two different hinges dependant on which corner of the fridge it’s fitted to, Top/Left – Bottom/Right etc.

It’s a front tub cover removal.
Easy way to remember in general, WM is the old drum, WMA is the newer split drum.
