Got the AWI magnetron part number Mark ?

And I’ll remember QER for the pcb’s, I didn’t think they’d be doing them yet, thanks for the info.

I haven’t but I know a Panasonic agent that has, I’ll see what I can do Mark 😉

On the Inverter side, the guy who owns the Panasonic agency basically told me when I asked for some tech info, if it’s no heat and a magnetron or pcb failure replace both as the mags are causing the pcb’s to fail due to poor quality magentrons, guess where they are produced (the magnetrons) – the UK 😮

Even better, I’ve added it to the shop 😀

    Although I can’t find a picture anywhere 🙁

But then all cutlery baskets are pretty much the same to look at 😉

Have a look at the shop, there’s three in there, the universal one should fit, here:

The shop isn’t actually “live” yet for a week or so, if you can hang on a bit, if not email me directly and I’ll do it that way for you.

    Fixed :lesson:

It’s the way products are added, you can either add them ex vat or including, the default is ex vat, but yes, it should mention it that anything purchased will have VAT added at the checkout stage.

Any other mistakes etc, please let us know, as the shop is not yet live so we can sort out anything overlooked beforehand 😀

Re: “Cookers” – supplied by Bernstein Group PLC –

It took me rather by surprise to learn of the actual brand name of “Cookers”.

I have come across dishwashers and other appliances all with this brand name on them recenlty, all are Bernstien supplied as far as I am aware.

If you can find out which model they are to supply, I can probably help with the actual manufacturer, although, I doubt it is a Smeg, but it could be.

    There’s the problem then 😉

To give you an idea, the main circulation pump/motor is around the £65 plus VAT mark for the part.

    Re: HOTPOINT F/F MODEL FFO6W

There’s three thermostats on the evaporator plus the two heaters so it’s a bit “overkill” to change all of them.

One of the thermostats is the fan initiation one which should be open circuit in warm conditions, the other two will be nc, the two heaters can also be checked for continuity quite easily. It could also be the defrost timer.

Part numbers as follows for all the parts:

    Timer 2600054
    Defrost heater 2600092
    Drip tray heater 2600061
    Defrost cut-out and thermal fuse (4 leads ?) 2600058
    Fan thermostat (2 leads) 2600059
Thermal fuse (blue, 2 leads) 2600074
