There is no pump as such to draw water in, it’s a valve. It’s very unlikely to be the valve though.
You would be better off getting an engineer to diagnose the fault properly for you, speedier and will in the long run save you money by fitting the required part rather than stabbing in the dark.
If you pop your postcode here or check the directory on the left menu there will be someone here who can help.
Regards.

To be honest, it’s probably the three in one tablets. Try it using just a powder and see what happens.

ParticipantRe: Save my mum’s cakes!
She did indeed buy it from B&Q. It’s made by Teba or Gunkol is the Turkish name and rebadged to Arrow for B&Q.
Independant Service in Wakefield are the appointed agent for spares and service in the UK, so they should be able to help with a user guide. They are on 01977 665590, you will need the full model number also which should be something like A02004GB/??
Failing that, the Teba UK website is http://www.teba.com/uk/Alisveris/ I had a quick look and it appears that manuals are not there for download, but there is a contact page.
Hope that helps.

It can only be the main PCB then, or have you replaced that as well ?

ParticipantRe: Zanuusi WJS1265W Washer Dryer
Bob, as described by the technical info I have:
E22:
Problems with water drain during drying or
drying condenser blocked
(anti-boiling pressure switch closed
on “full”)
E20:
Heating phase
skipped
Drain hose obstructed; filter blocked; drying
condenser blocked; drain pump; pressure
switches; wiring; main PCBDave.

But I doubt it.It would appear not, the one’s they were selling through Makro were rebadged Servis apparently.
Let’s not forget, the two Balloney brothers are actauly in direct competition with each other, or are they ? 😉
Perhaps it’s the sheds we need to inform, but then public opinion will sway there buying trends ultimately, hopefully.
So, yes, we do need to keep up the “you get what you pay for” message in the public forums IMO.

OK, thanks Ian.
I don’t suppose one would have the heater would it ?
It’s the “L” shaped (sort of) 240v one.

I can do it tonight 😀
Same price as previously posted £25 inc VAT and delivery. One small detail has come to light recently, the moulding of the brush holder differs slightly from the original and now requires a much shorter self tapping screw to secure to the motor.

ParticipantRe: Refurbs
Most offer a 12 month guarantee, i would personally push for this if we were to use a prefered supplier of refurbished parts.
If we are to offer any company increased revenue through increased sales of their products via UKW, they would have to offer a 12 month warranty and either offer a discount to allow the return of faulty parts or credit the postage, easiest way is by pre-paid return stickers.
Keep the comments coming ;

ParticipantRe: De Dietrich LZ 9619UI washer dryer
Yeah, I’d go along with the pressure system 1st off, failing that it can only be the control pcb, which is out of stock on Agora BTW.
I’d be interested to know if it is the PCB whether Brandt supply the config codes for it as it will no doubt be the same set up as the Zanussi version – control board-not configured.

Nope, sorry, neither are listed.
How old is the unit ?
Take a look at the Beko web site and see if it’s on there:
