Dereck, can you check the rating plate as there seems to be various versions of this model. The DME101 is suffixed by more letters and numbers.

    Regards

    I did 😀

The glass shelf is no problem, you may also need the plastic trim that fits along the front of it. List prices for these are as follows:

Shelf £8.12 Trim £3.41. Both inc VAT but not postage.

Mail me directly if you want these ordered for you.

    Regards.

I don’t know of a replacement off hand as I can’t find a picture of it anywhere. The Brandt part number is 76X3719 if anyone has one that can help John out ?

Brandt are also showing as out of stock though 😥

    Re: cooker elements

    No need to appologise 😀

They were actually very helpful to start off with, I guess they may have had problems making the element I sent them, but keeping customer’s informed and returning phone calls would be a bonus.

Anyway, I’ll keep their details, it’s handy to know that someone is even willing to give it a shot.

Sort of OK, I sent them an element, they phoned to ask a couple of questions and that was the last I heard from them for 6 weeks. The customer was giving us so much grief I gave him Heaterbands number in the end and told him to sort it out himself 🙁

It’s quite easy, when you are in the forums, click on the link near the top called “profile”, once there scroll to the bottom, there is a button that says “Upload Avatar from your machine”. Click on browse, and you can look at you’re own hard drive for images you have saved. Bear in mind they can only be a maximum of 80×80 pixels, so you may have to edit them first. Have fun, and no crude one’s please.

    Re: Stoves Q600 Dw errors

Good fun these are, I have had the same, the base is bone dry yet the F1 error still comes up intermittently, the only other thing once the air break kit has been replaced is a possible intermittent control pcb fault, or timer as Smeg call it.

I think generally the air break seems to cause a time out error on the pcb, someone else may have a more in depth knowledge of these.

Any long term Servevast agents out there got any other ideas ?

    Dave.
