with you saying the machine seems to spin for about 30 seconds and slow down i would suggest that it is jumping into spin as in a tacho fault this is commonly caused by a loose motor block or faulty wiring between the timer and motor and in most cases can be easily rectified for a labour charge from an engineer or just lid off nose about and re wire

ParticipantRe: Bosch compressor run-time
There are realisticly 2 options here
1 the machine has lost some gas therefore taking longer to cool down2 you happened to notice the compressor running and it is playing on your mind making you notice it more
personally i would sugest option 1 but as long as it is running and maintaning tempurature i would not worry too much
personally i regas a fridge for 65 quid so just remain vigilant and find a local engineer just in caseDDSDDS
ParticipantRe: Rogue customer

ParticipantRe: hotpoint ctd00
changed a load of those front fans but normally noisy from the start but for the sake of ten minutes and about 3 quid for the part well worth a go

ParticipantRe: Condenser question – Teka LSI3 1300 E
fro the picture my guess is the plastic piece top right would be the pressure chamber not the condensor

ParticipantRe: What would you do?
I would tell them it was most likely the filter but also explain that it could be other things, also that wet floors and feet are involved mostly they ask me to do it for them to show them how for the future, pocketing me my 35 plus vat

ParticipantRe: UKW cheaper than Connect for some spares?
I use connect quite a bit and there deliverys always come when expected.
as far as price goes i buy v4 shaft kits for about £6.50 and they retail at about £13 but i went to a different firm and they are selling the same part to the trade for £13.50!DDSDDS
ParticipantRe: Hotpoint WM63 door not unlocking

ParticipantRe: Should I refund the money.
