these parts are really expensive i dont know for sure if i need both inner and outer door parts it may be only the handle kit , unfortunately its not practical to call for another look

is it usual to need the inner or outer parts or should i chance taking only the handle kit

i thought at first it was a duff motor , the fault was simply a duff/intermittent plug socket , it was causing a fluctuating supply , i would not have found it if it had not gone dead , i moved the plug about and it came back on, i then tried it on another socket and it was fine , i cant believe the strange affect and noises it produced though

there was a nominal piece of glass in the outlet pipe , however i checked the cover that fits over the pump as previously mentioned, i did not realise it had to be fitted in a certain way ie tilted in with the front lip tucked under a flange, it now empties perfectly , i suspect the customer had removed it and replaced it wrongly, and i had not realised

yeah i took out the flap valve and back flushed the outlet pipe using a hose from the main water supply still no joy , it still leaves some water in the sump about level with the top of the filter

we thought it was partially blocked although we could not find anything in there ,it still only partially empties at end of cycle, i noticed it only empties in the last minute and only pumps sporadically ie short bursts of emptying, is that normal ? i tried another pump s/hand one but it made no difference
