hi thanks for your input martin , having said that i heard recently of someone who got £200 per rental account sounds incredible he said he could have sold it several times over, i guess its better to sell to an existing outfit as they know how to manage it

Hi martin i inserted a screwdriver under the bottom and could lift it enough to see , there was nothing obvious, the customer had tried to fit a new fan oven element, and said when he took the old element off one of the leads was missing, its an old cooker but in green, i cant see any way to remove it except by violence and obvious damage

the buttons on the facia had come loose we refitted them but still no joy ,tried the changing the main contol module (behind the rotary timer dial ) that hangs down the rh side of machine fixed with two screws but no joy i seem to recall the rotary timer can cause this but have not got the right one
