    Re: stupid customers

    Hi Dave

It’s a problem that has certainly got worse over the past few years. We had some :poo: in a vacuum cleaner a few weeks ago. So now the vans and the workshop have these latex gloves. The only downside is they can make your hands sweat if worn for a long period. Goggles are also available as well.

To be safe you could always keep one of these suits on the van for the worst case scenario :rotfl:

    Indeed 🙂

I still think he’s a spammer, put up a few posts to get us used to seeing him and then….

IP addresses mainly point to Pakistan with the odd US one.

Bit of a dodgy one really. I think a warning first before we delete 😆

    Hi Paul

Heat pump dryer? Forget it 🙂 Instead buy a Zanussi vented dryer for the best build or the White Knight ones which are a better price and the spares are better value value as well. Less to go wrong in these and are easier to repair

    Hi

Have moved you down to trade spares 🙂

If it’s a circular one it may be similar to others so if you could pop up a picture of it someone may be able to help.

    Hi

    Welcome to the forums 🙂

Make and model of the hood and a good picture of the part in order for one of the guys on here to be able to help you would be a good start..

Your IP suggests you are in Cyprus, in which case the machines info may not be available here in the UK. Hopefully we can help.

Re: Bosch washers – country of manufacture

I believe some of the WAW range are made in Germany. Best way to confirm this is to visit a Bosch stockist and have a look at the label on the rear of the machine at the top.

Re: Bosch washers – country of manufacture

    Hi

There are a lot of new models coming out at the minute so it’s difficult to say where they originate from. Checking bar codes used to work but they are all now registered to Hamburg office.

I have asked Bosch on several occasions if they can help but they always say they do not know either.

When I’m back in the shop in the morning I’ll have a look as I know there is a German made machine as it does have a sticker on it giving country of manufacture but the model number eludes me at the moment.

    Hi

Hotpoint refrigeration is a different story. With what’s currently out there it’s one of the best ones. Liebherr would be the one to go for if budget will stretch that far.

Re: Hotpoint RPD8457J Ultima S Line

    Hi

Rather spend a little more and go for something like the Bosch WAQ283S1 much better machine. Or if you can go a little higher then the Miele WDA101 which is better again. This does come at a cost though as very little info is shared with the independent sector which means Miele own service engineers would need to visit!!

The reason Whirlpool is also offered through the portal is that they now own Hotpoint. The Whirlpool machines are slightly better IMO but not as good as the Bosch.

    HTH 🙂

    Hi

The reasons above are valid in this scenario. But there are many other reasons and thoughts as to why this happens.

A good article here gives a lot of info and is well worth a read.

I assume the oven door was in the down position when your inner glass broke? was the oven in use at the time?

Probably a Beko made machine. Dave in the shop may be able to help spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

It’s probably me and the medication I’m still on or I’m just being thick, but I cannot for the life of me think what you are asking for.

More info or explanation please and model numbers 🙂

Not that I can see I’m afraid. The cheapest I can find is £27 on Ebay.

Re: Charcoal filter for Neff cooker hood

Neff accessories say it’s that one as does a Google search of the XO number as well.

A link here gives a good view of it as well. It also lists it for your hood as well.
