Hi
Details about the brand is here As you can see there may be a crossover to Terim spares in which we may be able to help.
Click on the green spare parts help tab on the right of your screen to lodge an enquiry.
Postage to France can be arranged as well 😉

As of Monday of this week I am on Jury service for the next 6 weeks or so!!
Due to the nature of the trial I am around every day this week bar Thursday when I’m back in court, as of Monday the 11th I will be sitting Mon – Fri everyday for the duration.
I will probably pop in on Saturdays so you won’t be getting rid of me completely 😆

Your IP address suggest you are in Nigeria 😉
Try entering the 858 product number into the Whirlpool site here here The nearest model that I can find is the FL1202.

Your piece of plastic could well be the problem, it was hitting the impellor when the pump was running causing the noise.
If you disconnect the belt and then turn the drum by hand if there is no rumbling then the bearings are probably okay.
If you are going down the replacement route average use is approx three loads per week so you are almost double that. I would be tempted to replace with a Miele freestanding machine ( remove the old one and cut through plinth leaving a void for a freestanding machine). Only issue here is you will lose the built in look. Miele built in washing machines are available but for a much higher price.
Fingers crossed your Lux is okay for more washes to come 😉
HTH 🙂
