I believe it to be the same model as the 600CGH. The vent diameter is quoted as 150mm.
I have found some spec here but it may be wise to phone New World to clarify this info. Spec for hoods is towards the bottom of the link.

Had a quick look at the top end as well like De Dietrich, Britannia, Falcon etc still no joy.

You can “brace” the two together using thin strips of metal screwed to the inside of the door panels. Not always successful as the two tend to flex.
Have you checked the new door size is the same as the old combined ones? I have also seen people try to cut doors to fit which usually ends in a botched job which doesn’t look good at all.
If it were me I would take the small door around the kitchen suppliers and invest in a new single door even if you cannot find an exact match it will probably be close.

Part number now supercedes to 00141697. It doesn’t help much as I can’t find one of these either not even on Ebay in Germany.
