    Hi Merv

Are there any letters after the model number or is it just G674? There are lots of versions out there 😉

Re: definition of standard household use – washing machine ?

    Hi Ally

I would deffo say that is commercial use on a domestic machine. I bet the retailer didn’t mention anything about guarantees on that usage when he/she ascertained what the machine was for :rolls:

I worked out a little while ago using the current energy labelling system average use is 4.2 loads per week.

Just checked a Bosch 7kg washer I have on display. The annual water consumption is quoted as 10686 litres per year based on 220 standard washing cycles per annum. which comes out at 4.2 loads per week.

I would sell them an ISE for that amount of usage but it will only have a three commercial year warranty. Not sure about the dog hair issue though. Could end up with a lot of blocked filter and pump issues.

    Hi

Welcome to the forums. Your’e IP address and the brand of machine you have tells me you are probably in the Netherlands 😀

Can you repost the pictures as the drop bucket links are dead. The best way of doing this is to use the upload attachment button which can be found underneath the yellow “post a reply” box. Hopefully then we may be able to help 😀

    Hi Paul

No pattern available that I can find.

Distriparts are the cheapest supplier if you have an account with them.

    Hi

In your’e price range with a five year warranty I would go for the Gorenje RK61810W available from here or from any good independant stockist.

Much better than the other two 😉

There are loads of posts each week that get answered in both the public and trade forums so it’s not a question of not being “a***d”.

Some posts do get missed where no answer is known. After all you can only help if you know the answer to the question.

I’m sure if someone had already replaced one of these they would have shared the information just like you have.
