ModeratorRe: locating serial number
Hi
Usually found by opening the door, look along the door edge you should see a label with the model and serial number on it.

ModeratorRe: Need advice choosing dual fuel fs cooker
Hi
I think I have this right 😐 it would appear that the CH60DTCFS and other colours have the thicker gauge shelves which enter through the liner and then sit on supports on the side wall of the cavity.
The HUD range have shelves which sit on the liners themselves.
The other models have the ladders fitted to the side walls.
I have to admit having had a quick play with all three sets of shelves I do not see what the problem is with the shelving.
The CH shelving is really good and strong, HUD slightly thinner but still substantial and the others do have very slightly thinner shelves.
As for no support at the rear of the shelving I have never known that on a fan oven.
A phone call to the Hotpoint pre sales advice line may reveal a little more 08000 921922.

Hi
I like the latest range of Zanussi cookers but sadly they no longer produce a dual fuel model.
For your budget take a look at this AO link. Everything considered my first choice would be the Cannon second the Hotpoints and then the rest.
Cannon and Hotpoint are part of the same group but the Cannons do seem to have a better build especially on the door area.
If it were me I would visit my local Curry’s and a John Lewis to get a feel of the machines themselves.

Hi
In a two horse race I’d pick the Bosch everytime. Much better engineered and a two year warranty to boot.

Hi Nick
Part number is 4765260. You could try Dave in the UKW shop. An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get things started.
If Dave can’t help you could try Ebay.de

If your’e ENR is WAE24363GB/11 then the door seal is one of these two in our shop.

Hi j3lly
You can purchse the door seal through our spares shop here , you will need the ENR and FD number which can be found on the inside of the door frame to get the correct one.
If you are competent DIYer not to bad a job, there are some videos on You Tube as well if you are not sure.
If you are not sure you can always use our find an engineer here who will carry out the job for you.

Looks like Jim the Red is also doing the same 😛
Great result for us at Liverpool which sees us ahead of Man U in the table as well 😀 now that doesn’t happen very often
Just a shame Exeter City couldn’t do the same 😈
