Just plain lazy if you ask me.

Goodness knows how many threads we move from trade members requesting trade tech help, who post it in either general trade / rumour mill or even in the public forums :rolls:

    Hi

Smeg only offer a more stylish design as opposed to the Siemens functional one, the build quality isn’t as good IMO.

I would stick with Siemens 😀

    Hi mrsbeaton

Franke appliances are an unknown quantity in the UK. Looking at their products on their website they look stylish but not a lot else.

If it were me I would stick with Siemens products, you know you are getting a reputable German brand who produce quality appliances.

    Hi

Like Iadom Liebherr would be my first choice as well 😉

A good way of finding a good independent retailer is the dealer listing on Retra Out of curiosity whereabouts are you as your IP address suggests you may be in Switzerland.

    Hi

The Bosch would have been my choice as far as branding is concerned. If you can’t live with the size split then I would go for the Hotpoint. As for the others the best of them would be the Beko IMO.

    Hi

As it appears you are posting from the Hong Kong area I would think it best to visit a local retailer to ascertain your’e requirements.

That said, the Panasonic you linked to does seem to be a good option 😉

    Hi

Good machine, comes with a two year warranty as well. Another option could be the Bosch entry level SMS40T42UK also comes with a two year warranty.

Re: 2nd visit this year to Edinburgh

Great city, fantastic people and made some friends as well 😀

Tracey Angels with Bagpipes was superb, the little halo room is worth booking if you want a romantic meal for two. Food and attention was excellent, definitely recommend it. Would like to visit again but not in Tattoo or fringe time as the whole place was booked solid and a little too noisy for us.

No rain at all on Saturday evening in fact very mild. No coats needed for the late showing of the Tattoo just jumpers. One of the reasons for going was I love pipes and drums, glad to say I was not disappointed. The fireworks at the end were great hopefully see the end of fringe ones next year.

OH managed to get her hands on a Spurtle at last after having had no joy at new year while I got Red Hot Chilli pipers latest album.

A great weekend all in all.

Had a great weekend in Edinburgh. Really busy, saw the late showing of the Tattoo on Saturday, then onto the streets on Sunday for some great stand up acts.

Now planning to go next year for a few days to see some more comedy acts.
