It’s a no brainer, Siemens everytime. Better build quality, less water and electricity consumption, Quieter on spin, nicer looking and most come with a five year warranty.
You get what you pay for 😉

This may help a little.
That model is still listed on BSH spares but the links are indeed dead. A Google search lead me to here Your cooling fan is six up from the bottom of the page.
The part number as listed is 701271 which on closer inspection is a BSH number but obsolete at both BSH and Connect.
Hopefully it gives you a start point in your quest.
