Diplomat appliances were part of MFI which sadly no longer exists. The only place you may be able to source one from would be from Diplomat spares costs about a tenner posted.

You can compare both of the Neff`s here Noise wise on paper the better Neff is slightly quieter than the Miele however noise can be very subjective a read here may just help. The Miele machines are well renowned to be of the highest quality however the inhouse service and lack of sharing information along with expensive spares makes them a very exclusive product.The better Neff would get my vote everytime.
Retra dealers are worth a try, they work to a code of practice which is well regarded throughout the industry.HTH 🙂

Getting them all in the shop today :rolls: but this one takes the biscuit 😈 Bosch washer, inner and outer door frame required. Price about £48 for both as a spare parts sale.
If I bring the door in will you fit them for me? Yep no probs it`ll cost a fiver for fitting. WHAT no way. I`ll do it myself or I would but I don’t have any of the right screwdrivers it`s those funny star shaped ones, no probs I have some security sets for sale only a fiver and once you have it you always will. WHAT I`m not paying that!! Can I borrow your set to remove and fit? No way engineers do not loan tools end of.

I’ve not come across one from a domestic appliance supplier I must admit. quite common on some brands of range cookers though. Why not select the hob you would like and then add one these universal griddles that way you could end up with the best of both worlds.

Sorry but we are unable to advise on gas repairs I`m afraid forum rules Looks like the same level of safety is required in France as it is here in the UK. Gas regulations overview for France here. Neff in France here will be able to help.

No download available from the Bosch site I’m afraid and not available for me to mail to you either. The good news is you can order one from the Bosch e shop type your model no. into the search term box, the instructions are available to purchase on page 7 of the spares listing, part no. 520881.

I would exchange the machine for the tenant, that way it keeps the rent being paid to the landlord and in turn the letting agency will retain your services should anyone come touting for business.
Get the machine back to your place for Beko to hopefully repair so you can sell it again at a later date at a slightly reduced price due to it now being a used returned appliance.
Or request the engineer to provide you with an engineers report if he will, so you can get BDC to exchange the machine.

No freebie to be had i`m afraid as Diplomat / Hygena disappeared when MFI went into liquidation, so no download to be had I’m afraid.
Looks like you are going to have to pay Hygena spares the tenner.
