Nope not rubbish at all, I always advise eight hours standing time.

This post from K earlier in this thread gives a good explanation as to the reason why.

Most retailers or delivery people will advise this as well.

The reason is that there is oil in the system that can be dragged up and can cause refrigeration problems and blockages of the refrigerant system if it not allowed to settle after transportation.

Very little info out there nowadays for Homark I`m afraid 🙁 If this a case of the oven not working due to the clock not being set then this clock timer link may help.
