    Re: HYGENA APP2420 RECIRCULATION MODE

Looking at the parts explosion and list there are grills at the top of the stack and yes there are square carbon filters available for it.

If you wish to order these send a mail to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk don’t forget to quote the all important model number.

Latest round of biopsies a few weeks ago reveal the tumour has not returned and even better news is my cancer cell count has reduced due to the treatment.

This means I get to keep my bits 😀 not so god news I will be having more sessions of the immunotherapy at the hospital this year with three monthly camera reviews, have just started new course of weekly BCG for the next six weeks which are on a Friday, I have asked if I could miss one and have an extra one at the end in order for me to attend the UKW meeting. Just had a phone call to say no not possible. So sadly I will not now be able to make the meeting I’m afraid guys. Gutted to say the least but hey ho.

In the big scheme of things I know it’s right but still doesn’t help the decision 🙁

Sorry Dave but our hat and carnation will have to wait for another year 😉

    Hi

Only the manufacturers own engineers or service agents will have that info, it’s never shared.

in addition no. 7 and 8 forum rules apply. Your only hope if you have mislaid or incorrectly wired it is to post up a couple of pictures to see if anyone can point you in the right direction.

Also it’s a sensor dryer with a timed option on it. Which means that the sensors won’t work if the temperature in the garage is below 20 odd degrees.

Does the timed dryer option still work?

For a replacement you would still need to go for a timed dryer unless the garage is heated of course.

Re: Replacing 60-40 integrated fridge freezer

    Hi

Just wanted to confirm you have a 60:40 split which by the model you do have.

As you have found there is very little out there in that split. You do however have a few options.

You could source new doors or a close match door and put in a 50:50 or 70:30 ones as these are more popular.

The other option is to remove the integrated altogether put the doors away and put a 55cm wide freestanding one in there like the Hotpoint FFASA52P frost free model, but you do lose the “integrated” look.

    HTH 🙂

    Hi Paul

No such model number I’m afraid. ART number and the serial number is the best.

Re: New freestanding fridge freezer recommendations please

Trouble is both brands are top end so most small retailers won’t display them. Which leaves you people like Hughes who have a few stores around the country, John Lewis, Currys and then the big online guys like A.O.

Liebherr dealer locator here may lead you in the right direction.

    Hi

In a short phrase the Liebherr is the best money can buy. Also look at the Miele range which is also made by Liebherr.

Coming down you have the Bosch and Siemens range.
