    Hi

There are about thirty variants of that model so the PNC number 9114350???? would be good.

    Hi

With that weekly workload which is about twice normal use I would go with the Miele you refer to in your other thread which I believe is the WDD030 with the ten year warranty.

You will buy probably three budget end machines or one and a half Siemens in that 10 years which makes the Miele good value.

Just check out the warranty 😉

    Re: Miele Washing Machines

    Hi

I always look upon it as anything cosmetic or a user part such as the filter and other things like the soap dispenser unless it develops a fault which is unlikely will probably not be covered.

Bearings I would say yes as long as the machine has not been abused, pumps as long as there is no evidence of misuse ie a hair grip or other foreign body stopping it from working.

I could be right with this or wrong by a mile.

Have found and deleted your original thread. It takes a while to find your way around sites these days as there are so many different designs.

Hope you get the problem sorted.

Re: Diplomat 600Ga Door seal advice please

    Hi

The switch is probably the grill override switch. The door needs to be open for grilling if you close the door the switch will cut the grill out.

The hinges are probably worn due to the age and use of the oven which is why heat is escaping. An engineer would be required to confirm this is the case.

    Hi

    Yes you are correct 🙂

It’s a Stoves made oven an there is supposed to be that gap along the top.The new seal just tucks into the frame and you cut to size as it usually comes as a roll.

But that fix only lasts a few months as we have found. We have even advised the customers against using the hot wash option.

Best solution is don’t buy one in the first place, go with anything above series 2 and everything will be good.

Re: Diplomat 600Ga Door seal advice please

    Hi

Can you post up the model number please as 600GA is a generic number for quite a few different ovens.

I believe from the 050 number you have posted you may have an ADP0150 oven. Label around the door area should reveal the all important detail.

We can then look at the drawing and advise further.

    Re: How to avoid plastic?

Yes your’s is a budget end model which is why it has the Polyinox plastic base. Bosch Neff produced these to keep to a price point below £400 originally in order to compete with other major players in the sector.

As I said previously the options with Bosch and Neff still stand.

The good news is that all other brands of dishwashers out there will have a full stainless steel tank.

    Hi

Neff N50 series and up have full wrap stainless steel tanks. Bosch from the same stable as Neff. Their series 4 and up are full stainless steel.

    Hi

Attached screenshot says they will. To be sure though download the instructions for the model you are thinking of purchasing and look at the programme guide.
