Hit the ” shop now for spare parts tab ” top right of this page. It’s our own spares shop I’m sure they will be able to help.

    Hi

The ENR and FD number are etched into the top of the silver rim of the door just left of the door catch. You will need to rub this area with a cloth and a good light in order to read it.

    Re: Sia cooker hood

Funilly enough we had an under guarantee call (two months old) SIA DD01 double oven a couple of weeks ago, the call was passed to us by Repair Tech and the spares were through them as well.

End result? One unhappy customer who returned the oven for a refund and purchased a different brand.

I see the thread name has now changed to SIA or otherwise known as Ship It Appliances. If it’s only three weeks old I would be requesting a replacement appliance.

    Hi

Model number would help. However that said I cannot find any reference to SIS cooker hoods.

So any info you can provide would be good.

Great stuff, better keep that model number handy for future reference in case you need anything else.

Fire the email off and you may get them before Christmas πŸ™‚

    Hi

Having researched your image I have come to the conclusion you may have a ZDQ995 as per my image. Which looks the same as yours.

The big gamble for you is am I right? I don’t know as I cannot be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure.

If you want to take the gamble the seal part no’s are :

    Top oven cavity seal 3117172001

    Main oven cavity seal 3117172019

Our own shop should be able to obtain an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get the ball rolling.

Please understand there is no guarantee that these are the correct ones for your machine.

The gamble is with you πŸ˜‰

    Hi

If the label is ” long gone” then it may no longer be available. Pull the appliance out and see if there is anything on the rear.

Failing that post up a picture of the front of the appliance, someone may just be able to recognize it.

    Hi Silver lady

Have just deleted your new post asking the same question. Best to keep it to one thread to avoid confusion.

    Hi

Without a model number sadly no. I think you will find you have a Hoover Optima not a Hotpoint πŸ˜‰

Error codes by machine type can be found here in the help and advice section. Anything else then please ask.
