Thanks Don. Yet again I owe you another pint. I’ll be bankcrupt if we ever meet.

I’m sure we can come to some arrangement 🙂

So you have commercial code 53846 which is knob C00193836 in Champagne. They may have to compromise on the colour 😉

Being the sad case I am 😉 I have gone through all the colour options and yes the only colours available are black, white and champagne (on the stainless steel ) cookers as well :conf:

The G narrows it down to two then 🙂

You are looking for a barcode label usually on one of the uprights on one of the oven cavities.

If you do find it best thing to do would be to post up a photo of it.

    Hi

Very few spares are available for these machines and no service back up at all.

Your best bet is to return it to Bissell repair comes with a guarantee. Not the best news you want to hear but at least it gets you a fully working machine.

    Hi

There are eight different variants of that appliance as per the attached. If you can post up the 11 digit industrial code we should be able to help.

    Hi

Cooke and Lewis is produced for B&Q and there is little to nothing in the way of info or spares etc out there as you can see from this article.

However if you post up the model number we can but try and help 😉

    Hi

If you put the machine on it’s back turn the carpet height adjustment control and see if the wheels or base move allowing the machine to be further away from the carpet. If not the machine could be faulty.

Sadly there are very few parts available for that machine.

    Hi

There were only two versions of that machine and the PDF says it was part no. 2902956024 which is obsolete.

The good news is it says it was a K54 stat which may be worth a punt as there seems to be plenty of them about.

    Hi

Samsung refrigeration is generally okay, good value for money for a reasonable build.

The spares can sometimes be a problem to source and long winded on delivery times.

As for that particular model I have not seen one as yet.

PS have edited out your link.

    Hi

The WDD020 has a slightly higher spec overall and with the Miele warranty makes it a better option for you the customer.

    Hi

From what I have been able to find out from the lovely people at Statesman 😉

The filter may be blocked, the user manual should tell you where it is and how to remove it for cleaning.

If this is clear then you will need the services of an engineer as the problem could be a water level issue.

    HTH 🙂
