Thanks for the info CAB.
Turns out the machine was e20 long before I fitted the dryer heaters and the customer just tried and tried until it worked.
It seems that I damaged the board when I connected my meter on the pump terminals and I won’t be doing that again. Costly mistake if the e20 is not the boards fault.

Fills but with nothing in the display and regardless of program, dry spin or wash. I turned it off before the water reaches the door level.I found no sign of damage to the module.I didnot test connect my meter to the pump but removed the terminals and turned the machine on again and it was already set to a drying program.This was the easiest option as the machine is built in and take some getting out.On the first test I did the pump came on after around 10 mins but the another test it cam on as soon as the fan motor and valve cam on.

Hi
I have come across older machines with perished rubber as door seals and that can leave black marks which looks like tiny dots of tar.
if this is the case try the lower door seal.
