Re: customer damages washer and then wants money back

Evening. George, it all went fine. I told the TS everything and pointed out that i offered to fit the part for free but not the part it’s self, apparently i didn’t even have to offer that.
The customer on the other hand said that i delivered the machine my self and had dropped it out of my van. however, after i sent them the video from my shop showing the husband wheeling it off on his own they accepted to pay for the damage. 😀

The pnc is 928405953-01. i’ve eliminated the fan as a cause already Bob. 45 versions? bloody hell, i knew there were a few because i’m looking for a freezer draw too and it took a while to find the correct one, then it’s £30 odd quid for the draw and another £30 quid for the front :O

This one is sorted, turned out the husband fitted a new display board for a different fault before i got there and neglected to tell me, and it was the wrong one.

    Re: chinese zanussi zwf1221w

Sorry about that Martin, i assumed this was chinese as the only e34 i could find in the UKWG fault guide was under chinese zanussi.
