I am afraid I look at which with a lot of scepticism. some of the product they recommend I would not buy.
what you have to remember is appliances need to pass 2 tests 1) they must do the job 2) they must last long enough to be cost effective

take spares access on the 2 cleaners and a simple part, motor brushes. Sebo available Dyson new motor and lists like this go on. Add to this fact the sebo is much more reliable and it has my vote. How many Dyson cleaners are used in offices and shops like Sebo units are

Re: Bosch WVD2452SGB – Washer/Dryer – Dispenser to drum pipe

Bad news is you have got one of the difficult ones. during manufacture the hose was put in the drum then the locking ring is put in from the inside. Don’t think I have ever successfully put one back but at least at the top you may be able to Debor it but you will have to tell the customer and make sure they realise is not your fault if it leaks again. apart from that its drum out as far as I know
    unless anyone else know different

from what you are saying, no light at all on the panel and the pump runs all the time

    sounds like a board fault.

strip it out and look for damage and shorted pump triac (although if that was short I would expect an E23 fault )

Re: Parts Needed – Sharp Microwave S85ST

they sound like standard part to me

Magetron need the number on top of it (something like 2m236-m42)

diode well they are pretty universal

capacitor need an exact value something like 0.8uF 4100volts

how about uploading the contract here. lets all have a gander

spares account is ok if parts are free but if not they could be overpriced

also a bit worried as it seems you are becoming a sales person for them. so if it goes bang you get the flack

    Re: AEG oven fault

most of the time tripping in a cooker is one of the elements with low insulation
on your cookers there are a lot of them.
try the oven in all modes and see if it trips. your main oven can be used in fan oven mode (using single element at the back) and also convection mode ( using upper and lower element). the grill cavity can also be used as a grill and also as a small oven

I find a lot of the lower elements fail through lack of use as elements can get damp if they are not used for long periods of time
