ParticipantFunny enough had a call from another pacific company J asking if I would do a call after 8 pm if they paid me an extra £15 a call.
If I had an engineer working for me thats his overtime paid for. Neither to say i declined the call.

With all the woes with JTM I must admit I havnt been as busy over the past couple on months with them but they are steady calls the only problem is with servis bits as they can take a while in getting them.
Atleast they paid for all the close down calls when pabl ceased.

ParticipantSpare part credits are an issue with them you have to keep chasing them up because if you dont credit notes never turn up.
I agree with some parts issues I had parts turn up last week for a job closed down in February.
Each month I receive a nice cheque from them but the contra payments is a problem if you have returned parts and credit notes have not been done because you end up paying for parts that they have received back, but think that the parts you had came 6 to 8 weeks before you pay for them so if parts have been sent back as soon as they arrive and you havnt chased a credit note whose fault is it really for not keeping on top of them knowing what they are like?expertcat

Malcolm Knowles is DMK which pass the chargeable work to ans and its dmk who take a charge direct from the customer he may well pay ans for the privelage of using them of that I have no knowledge so I can only speculate.
ANS pay ok espcially when you compare it against other wp. For diplomat calls they do say you must use a w services for thats the prices they will pay you on. Been with ANS from start.
