Why do you think the likes of MFI,Iceland and Comet stopped using these.

As they all suffered from internal gas leaks on rear wet wall.

When I worked at EAC had to go round all iceland customers and put 8 holes from insulation so if and when leak happened the gas should shoot through these holes..

    It looks like a brandt.

What made Ocean, Brandt go bust these dam units they never solved the problem.

We even had one of these badged as icelands own make that went up causing a bit of damaged brandt came over and hastley removed fridge evaporater as these are internally lokringed not braised and they said the the insulation had corroded the lokring causing the leak.

Had a new peugeot expert van had it 2 weeks returned it.
Even though I paid a deposit for half of the van and the remainder on finance 2 weeks intio it finance company decides that I should have the van on finance through a main dealer cock up.

Returned the van as a blessing as it was costing me £80 to fill up and only getting 600 miles to a tank.

Compared to combo £50 doing 500 miles.

Sounds like thermostat failure as this would switch the fan and compressor on at same time.

Viable repair as long as your not ripped of with costs.

The fuse is not replaceable and LG advise that if fuse blows that new PCB is fitted as its coated in a waterproof resin.

    I use quickbooks 2006 regular

As with all good accounting packages it takes a while to set it up but once up and running you would never go back.

The only thing I find is that quickbooks 2008 is no good for my usage as the 2006 had stock control on it which is useful.
