Got the extended warranty work from TWG, AIG, D&G for refrigeration and electric cooking and other work from the insurers.

    Was offered the laundry side

Not as much work compared from MFI Warranty but its better than nothing.

Atleast the cooking work is the bonus that we never had before.

Who wasnt stung by MFI collapsing.

Youuld have told them that it must be a design fault.

Then write and complain to watchdog because they told you to f***off.

Must admit I was peed off having to replace a 1982 creda debonair tumble drier which had a timer burnt out and in a rage broke the door.
Even more upset was that the model number had totally disappeard.

sound like main pcb and a vary good price for the part.

Compared to £400+ to replace appliance.

As an engineer it would be classed as a viable repair

Atleast they kept to their word and paid up in full.

They may have had a tough problem with rates but come on what companies have paid up at the end.

Long live GBDAR and the best of luck to the ex employees in finding work in this crazy world at the moment.

Been doing some work for AM Branch Uk since October and have not paid a penny I have sent reminders emailed reminders and even spoke to someone in accounts and still nothing.

Its funny they have even asked me to do work for the 100 miles away so I suspect that nobody wants to work till they pay some invoices.

Would like to know the reason why Bob has now lwft them as they would not even tell me where he has gone too.

It would bevery funny if it happens to be true.

I dont see the point of quinto being at jtm as when ever I have asked for any tech info being told go to the makers tech dept.

I have had no problems with him via the ANS network.

I cant say that I have seen eye to eye with him all the time but regarding the MFI business hes like the other agencies out there.
But before he was passing us the work from MFI so we were billing mfi direct so it was not his problem and yes he was getting a cut from MFI or put it this way hes not doing it for nothing.

Now we invoice direct to him and like any insurance company there only to happy to take premiums but dont like paying out.

As an ex Expert engineer love it or loathe it i am not in a position to be that picky over who gives me work but saying that for agency work he pays more than other agencies out there.

If any of the other agencies collapsed would you get paid for the work theres a good chance of no except gbdar.

The figures quoted seem to match the last remittance that the old company sent out on the 1st August.
It seems the invoices that was sent have never arrived or are misplaced somewhere.
