    thanks guys for your reply she said she would go for a new one i told her not to go for a servis. before i went to look at her machine i replaced the brushes in her granmothers. tricity bendix 5yrs old she said she might go for one of them.

    what machine do you advise in the cheaper makes i dont sell machines where do you guys send your boards to get repaired and tested fasetester.

    hi guys went back to the machine took of front panel. removed board with the buttons checked nothing sticking. checked board could see nothing unusal. put back togeather again tested. now have 2 light flashing from left to right first light and last light but still no go.

    switched power back off. removed board and checked for burning dry joints ect. could see nothing unusal niped up connections put back in retested same as before. number on board is 546089203 fasetester

    thanks guys for all the help is their any way to test the program dial. and does any one know which wire is which on interlock. L in L out N is their a heater on the interlock like the hotpoint. and if i find damage on the pcb what would hav caused it and what should i check.

    i checked the brushes on the motor. the are hard to get the spring back in does the holder on the motor come out. or do you push the brush and spring back in thanks fasetester.

    thanks guys for the reply. when switched on the power light comes on . and when you set the timer to any of the programs and press the start button one of the lights light the one with the tub symbol. but will not start the program. at that point should the door not be locked. does any one know which wire is which on the interlock .

    when you put the dial back to 0 to reset and switch off and then switch on again. you can here a click coming from the board i read if the board is faulty even replacing it can run you into trouble other than a dry joint.

    could the programmer be faulty ie dial. is there any way to test it does the interlock run through the pcb. or throught the program dial sorry for all the questions 😳 as i have to go back tomorrow its a one parent family and would like to sort it . fasetester

    any more info on which wire is live and return. is the gray one the Netural on the interlock. i put my meter across and not getting any reading when i used the volt stick it is lighting which means i have power to at least one wire. thanks fasetester 🙂

    thanks washman where is the resistor. would that leave the door lock not locking which wire is the live and return on the door lock what kind of reistance reading should i get throught the interlock thanks fasetester.

    thanks chris and dales for your reply. dont have the model number said the would ring back. are the free standing beko cookers not much the same most have the switches at the front and come apart the same way to get at the thermostat is this not the case. thanks 🙂 fasetester.

    thanks guys for the reply might be some thing stuck in the sump hose. i read that a engineer advised changing the belt. as the belt streached causing the machine not to spin properly. and water to lye in the bottom of the machine. and cause a smell. fasetester 🙂

    thanks for your reply. jim i read most of that is their any thing a engineer can do to releave the bad oder she said it is when the machine is finished its wash fasetester. 🙂
