If you are only getting 30 degrees then it sounds like both elements have gone. I have had these where one element has gone and they still reach temperature after a period of time but cook unevenly. Even if only one has gone I would still order two as the other tends to go shortly after. 😕

Note on the door saying “Back in 5 minutes”!

Cat litter tray right next to the washing machine. Always full!

Trapped in the corner of the kitchen by little old lady whose husband died two weeks ago. Only happens on days when you are running late!

Just putting your tools away and the customer says “the girl in the office said you would look at the dishwasher while you are here”!

Customers who just stand and watch you without saying anything for an hour!

When you are at a 2 month old machine changing drum and bearings and the customer says “Are they a good machine?”!

When you are at a 2 month old machine changing drum and bearings and the customer says “Are they a good machine?” and you have to say “Oh yes we get very little bother with these”!

Not normally any auto defrost in the fridge. This could be an anti condensation heater to stop ice forming around the drain hole or an ambient temperature heater for use when the fridge freezer is in a cold environment.

3 phase, brushless. Apparently quieter and more reliable. No more hotpoint carbons to change! 😕
Only fitted on the higher range machines.
Sorry have heard nothing about new Zanussi motors.

These are the new generation of machines which are a combination of Hotpoint and Indesit. They are the basic Hotpoint cabinet, tub, drum, pump with Indesit module, eprom and wiring harness. Warning to anyone working on these some have a DC motor which is controlled from the module. The module has a very large heatsink sticking out of the plastic case and it is LIVE at all times and can stay live for upto 5 minutes after the plug is removed. :zap: There is a warning notice on the module cover but since the module is awkward to get at through the hotpoint lower back panel nobdy sees it until the module has been removed.
As they use the Indesit modules then Indesit fault codes are displayed.
