    this unit is built in and looks a bit of a nightmare to come out,
    so i have been messing around checking things from the front and below..

    on the wiring chart i have it looks as though neutral comes straight from the mains in direct to the 2 compressors , but i guess it go somewhere b4 feeding freezer comp..

    sorry for sounding silly , but what/where is battery ??..
    ive got a wiring chart for f/f and it looks as though neutral just comes straight into both compressors .. but there a couple of items on wiring chart where neutral comes from that may be the cause of break ..
    wiring chart list the parts as a no ..ie 19 but i cant find any other doc that states what 19 is …very confusing

    we just recently ordered very expensive teka spares via connect , just like part no you have . you dont get any pictures of parts so identification inpossible… and yes they were wrong.. £300 + , got them sent back ok ..

    can you let me know if the candy spares are correct

    normaly baffle motor stuck, may just need frz evap defrosted ..

    try da96-00013h or da96-00013n these both fit rs21, connect should have them..

    £35.00 PER COMPLETE,
    they are ok to work for if you can spare someone to sit on the phone all day chasing spares ,write off closures and sending parts back that arrive 2 months after you orderer them..

    after they contra you spares from you labour due , you end up owing them , as you cant get them to pick up parts and arrange credit..

    we tried them after servis uk went south , but i personally dont feel you can make money from them.
