Re: RE Semi Integrated Whirlpool Dishwasher Under Voltage Da

does their power come from the national grid, or is it generator ?
or does it swap to generator when grid power low ??

if its generator power problem can be caused by difference in megahertz..
grid mains is 50…generator is 60..causing pumps to work in reverse etc

    cheers ..yip were the same
didnt think there would be many rs21 over 5..
what we were told if customer has rs21 with fri problems sams will do watchdog freebie and then cover parts utill 5th birthday , think they will still do a freebie if f/f is over 5 , they just wont be able to offer the 5 year thingy due to age of f/f ??

watchdog warranty only for fridge side
    fridge cover assy
    defo sensor
    t/fuse
    defo element
    water bottle
used to be a nice little earner untill watcgdog..
how did you manage to get comet to pass work

    If ITS AN RS21
samsung will do a freebie reguardless of age.

the only way customer wont get it done is, if samsung have no cover in her area.. if this is the case customer can pay and claim back from samsung..

Re: Hotpoint WM Series & FHP Motors

just make sure you position plug correctly..or you will get a nice little bang from the timer/pcb..

at the time these motors were making there way into the market place
i was with b/g and some twat responsible for puchasing spares bought 6000 fhp motor for the wm series.. only problem was he bought the anolouge ones. (the ones with the bolt in the tacho for adjusting motor wash speed)

and good old spares were passing them off as motors for digital (timer/pcb)..

took them a while to realise the problem..w/m getting written of left right and centre..

think they moved the spares purchases further up the ladder where daily mistakes arent noticed so much ??

    Re: masterpart prices for SMG993736190R

    just an idea..

could ukw not provide a pricerunner service and charge a nominal fee per part search..ie 10p per item searched
search results to include lowest price supplier and stock availabilty

10p only an example , maybe needs to be 50p ? but i for one would use this service as im sure i would be saving ££££ on the info received,

i dont really have the time to search around and im sure most of the people on here are in the same boat..

hope fully ukw will be the stockist
