    there seems to be a lot of differnt opinions on ..both yell.com and y/pages..i share your sentiments on not bothering,but on the other hand we can see the power of the www .
    and im looking for some measured views on yell.com.
    their doesnt seem to be much positve vibes posted on them.

    does anyone think it would be worth paying £320 for an enhanced advert with web link etc with yell??.. local add only..

    and could i just host it my self….
    i know nothing about hosting or how to upload to www,hence exploring the yell.com idea, but as i said a bit to pricey..
    had a mess about with yell.com,s site builder and it was quite easy to build a reasonable looking page…..can you get these site builders elsewhere ie a down load version???

    well eh what about steam…just look at fred dibnah…
    the mans a genius..
    mind u probaly would get so many calls done, and would most likley trail coal dust through customers house.

    we will evolve and find something, our kids will be brainwashed into accepting what the government of the day wants….and we will still be protesting as we hover down to the postoffice on our nuclear fusion propelled zimmers.. ❓

    local search only £1.00p/w…this low fee does suggest …low traffic ??
    im mainly intrested on how you build ,host and get thing thing onto the http://www.???

    would i be able to buy the www ??? is this a viable option ?? 😀

    ps yell.com will lat you build your own and then host it for £560..not for me just yet

    web site looked quite good…as you said you dont need mach more than that….our local paper can host the page…. but can you just upload to the www for free.

    local paper may have an advantage as local customers can search all buisness,s listed with paper ???

    the knowledge and infromation given freely was outstanding, not to mention the freebies..although i cant wear the fleecy for the time being ?
    anyone who doesnt think these sessions wont enhance their customers experience should have a good hard think to themself….

    also check timer…if motor went with a bang,it can take out timer…you dont wnt to quote for motor,go back and discover timer faulty also ???
