yip your probaly right been to a few of these recently..runs for about 20 mins ….then fault condition..
    new ntc cures prob..

access through bottom kick plate..follow 2 small blue wires from pcb…this will lead you to ntc in sump area…half turn takes it out…

    cheers f/b

yeh your right..the leaflet you get is not very good as it has been photocopied many times by the looks of it…the only prob i had was that i pushed control knob back on to the wrong pos…soon notied mistake but could lead to confusios state if not spotted quick..
leaflet also mentions to by-pass pump relay in base (certain models)

leaflet does mention this modified pcb will sort overfill probs

    💡 ❓

also if it still has the flap valve..take it of and throw away….
    lesser of two evils….
1st flap valve gets stuck with grease etc??? remove it &
2nd food particles enters hose /tank??? job for new tank in a few months

1st remedy does work,,,,downside food etc entering tank….
MFI engineers have been doing this for years, so if its good enough for them??
also new tank kit comes with modified anti flood etc….tank looks smaller but does fit…
