im pretty sure you can perform the standard mod on the 3 wires running to the temp sensors…
1 of these sensors fails, cant remember what 1 , but all you do is use the other one to run app…if you pm me with your email i will send you a dia to explain mod

next time your at the local tip…take a stanley knife with you.
cut down the side of an old f/f and take the long thin door magnet out of it
you can then slide it in between the inner-outer drum…
also easy to store stick to the side of your van etc..

watch out when you take the fan element out as the earth wire falls of before you notice it even has one………trouble is near impossible to re-fit earth onto new element with gaining access to the rear of the cooker
,these cookers are relativly easy to come out …remove drawer and locate the middle wheel jack device…small sqare bar situated at the left. jack this with mole grips etc..or if your lucky the customer with have a weird handle type thing that they didnt know whats it was for,
also check fan motor has been correctly fitted.they can earth of the backplate etc..
theirs a lot of weird and wonderfull probs with these cookers usualy caused by production @ the factory.
ps ive done rangemasters in house training , if you want anymore help just ask…

poss thermister fault…find it behind pcb @ botton..follow 2 blue wire from pcb..t/mist plugs into sump area..half turn takes it out…
ps also check pressure switch also located @ sump near t/mist..half turn to take out..this gunges up causing silly stuff…
these to faults seem to be very common to w/pool d/w..

Re: Falcon dual fuel range spares

try also rangemaster…they have a tie-in with falcon….most have same chassis / electrics…falcon designed to look a bit more commercial with a few extra gadgets.????
fan element common prob…can be done from front…only prob can be re-attaching earth wire to new element…
if you need to remove cooker pull out storage drawer locate jacking point @ left…jack up with molegrips etc..and ckr should pull froward ??

dont know if its law or not but you may need a city & guilds in safe handling of refridgerants before you can starting working on systems….
you can get gas from BOC..

system work seems at 1st a good money spinner but youl soon discover it aint worth the investment, customers mostly opt for replacementif you start quoting 150 -250 for system work, apart from what has been mentioned double door american style unit…..you can pick up integrated for 200-250 nowadays…

system work is not profitable now….so think about it
