yip but its funny how pleased they are to see you after been put through the manufacturer – retailer – service agent merry go round for 2-3 weeks.

they start to tell you all about it and notice your facial expressions of i couldn’t give a monkeys ars### about you or your 3 week wait and endless phone calls …

next time something breaks be honest and yeh maybe be nice ..

and ps if you buy cheap products – be prepared

Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?

we get that now and again – often the customer will say pass your oligopolies on th the office staff as i wasnt the nicest etc when reporting fault.

i think they are taking there frustrations with the appliance – manufacturer retailer you name it – out on the office staff.

im sure its to do with they dont want to take on the corporate re writing in etc – so they think ill have a go at what they perceive is a valid target

it not right – they think if they shout scream lie bullshit intimidate they will get what they want ..

    Re: Football Season 2013/14

yip i would agree with that , thats what i was meaning – if game was later in season with both teams needing the 3 points i think we would of seen a better game .

rumours of ronaldo returning if so i would need to rethink my predictions as i think MU would win .

it was a bit of a yawn fest , both managers will settle for a point – i think from an excitement point of view this game should have been played middle to end of season when there’s more to play for.

Vulcan have probably sold them nitro gas leak system they have ,
3 system engineers isnt much for a nationwide service provider.

like lee says its not viable for them or anyone else to mess about for hours on systems –

    Re: Lee’s New Thread

i would like to see a specific industry related certificate to prove engineer
    1) is proficient on electrical safety
    2) diagnose – fault find electrical components

other than that then i dont see the need for further qualification.
