why oh why do they wait to your at the most akward point of a job , ie built in dishwasher you are balancing decor door on your knee – control bezil has just fallen and you are fighting against springs on door so it doesn’t shut.

and oh yes they decide to come back to kitchen at that moment and say ..

do you know whats wrong with it … normally just after 5 minutes of you arriving ..

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

thats a bit creepy mate –

reminds me of the time i pulled up to this house with engines etc in front garden ..

blinds shut – then i see someone peeking out of one of the slats – all off a sudden his whole head shoots through the slat – and he shouts to me – i say old chap are you coming in hear ….. needless to say you couldnt see me for burning rubber,,

week later we call from them .. (asian or something)? – demanding their money back as they thought they had bought a samsung fridge freezer ??? the mind boggles

anyway we said no prob with refund etc can you send spare back..this was ok

she then calls back asking for us to send her a 1st class stamp so she can post item back ?????

costs us £14.99 to send out its about a 2foot square box

Yeah –got cheesed off with the “Sharp intake of breath” merchants years ago! I once saw a gassman writing dates on “Condemned” lables outside my house before He’d inspected the appliance! Sure enough–it was condemned and guess what–he could fit a new one as a foreigner on Saturday. Got it fixed and certified later for half his quote.—–

    online martin

there isnt any info relating to the problem i now have
ie ntc sensor will not connect to new pcb as the connection is different.
and to be honest im not convinced the other 5 pin connector that goes onto board is 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} fitting ok

the only document that has anything to do with pcb and connectors is one that advises on changing the ntc ..

there seems to be at least 7 service kits available if you need to change ntc – a couple of the kits include new pcbs and connectors – ..

my problem is im not changing ntc – but i still need the new connectors – which they dont list or mention you need when changing pcbs..

i could take a stab in the dark and order one of the 7 service kits – but i dont know what one i would need ?? and should i be having to order a ntc service kit just to get the correct pcb and connectors …

    prod no i have 923523608

    hope this make sense ally
