Hi
Almost certainly a weak recirculation motor or blockage.
Power off if you are to investigate.Greg

Hi
Sounds like something else. Re check the wiring if you took it off PCB before. It does drain 1st? If so is the water to appliance turned on?
Power off first.

Hi Lisa
With this being a gas appliance I can only insist you call a Corgi registered engineer out to sort this problem. Sorry.Greg

Hi
Its not a known issue.
The only reason I can think that the paddles broke is that air maybe getting into the ice bucket, say from a poor door seal or the ice dispenser flap not sealing fully and thus semi melting the ice cubes into a block of ice that the paddles would struggle with.Greg

Hi
Its a pretty routine solder job and the module is behind the fascia at the front.Greg

Hi
That error code indicates a turning problem which I think we have deduced.
When you say “clicking” noise; if you turn the drum by hand is that noise apparent then? With the appliance unplugged, the first point of call would be motor brushes.
They should be approx 1.5 inches in length from new.
If they are barely above 10mm from holder then you will need to replace them.
Available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk, p/n 154740 @ £20.50 + VAT etc.Greg

Hi
Its not actually the relay thats burnt out but rather one of the pins of the relay that goes through the PCB.
All it needs is cleaning up a bit and resoldering.Un plug appliance if you or anyone is to attempt this :plug:

Hi Steve
I would have thought that the bottle should fill a bit even if the seal has snapped.
Just to clarify, the seal seals the fan manifold at the front not around the fan itself.Greg

Hi
All done from the rear.
Do you have the 12 digit NC number, usually below a barcode, just so we can identify exactly 😀 as there are a fair few with that model number.Greg

Yes. this was one of them until proved. I wasn’t going to have some alleged cowboy fixing off the backs of us, not gonna happen.
