    Hi
    Most likely the heater, a check with a multimeter should reveal app 30 ohms.
    Access is from front, so no need to pull appliance out 😀 not a bad job IMHO, if in any doubts there is always the engineer link below.
    Heater if required is p/no 263726 – £27.90 +VAT +costs and is available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk

    Un plug appliance before attempting any work on it. :plug:

    Hi
    Pre-wash lamp 2 blinks = fault in the heating circuit.
    Machine usually with this fault, faults after 85 minutes.

    Remove front lower plinth to gain access to innards, pipe will then be visible 😀

    Re: bosch replacement pan and rack also gas hob electronic r

    Hi
    The new installations now have to be hard piped, older may be on flexi hose.
    I appreciate that you want to clean under it but there is a chance that if it is hard piped, you may put stress on the joint/s and comprimise the pipe soundness ie – cause a leak that may or not be detected by sense of smell.
    A quick look under the hob will reveal if its hard or flexi piped.

    In that case its more than likely the ignition unit or spark button/ gas tap switch array thats at fault; without a model its hard to tell which you have 😕
    As Martin has previously stated, you will need a Corgi engineer, even though it is the electrical side. 🙂

    Re: Siemens Oven – HB55055gb/01 error 4

    Hi
    You either have a faulty oven PTC or an electronic unit fault within the temp measurement range.
    The sensor readings are as follows –

    Temp in deg C /Ohms
    0 = 500
    50 = 590
    100 = 680
    200 = 870
    500 = 1400

    Er4, Would have the following reaction to the appliance. It does not heat up, fans switch over to run-on. Following correct temperature measurement, the fault is cleared and the cooker heats up again.

    The useful links also say to clean the ribbed clear pipe from sump to metering unit aswell. Try that, power off of course 🙂
