Re: Samsung 2028 Water Tank replacement

Pipes feed from fridge cavity; one will appear near to compressor cooling fan (make sure you keep it well away) and the other will materialise just below both doors after removing the grill (longest of the pipes attached to new tank)
Thats all you need to know to do the job 😉

    Its most likely a SGI56A05GB/35 😉
As Chris said, it will most likely be module 489422 – £70.79 + the usual, retail.

Re: Bosch SGS6302GB/07 – No empty after Pre-Wash

    Hi
    First things first 🙂
Remove the spray arms and thoughly clean the spray jets.
It may not be heating and/or recirculating due to low water level or heater may well have failed.
If heater ok, worth checking the usual solder problem on relay pin on module 😉
Worth checking the ribbed clear hose behind the lower panel below door. This can be removed and cleaned as it only o rings in either end.
The water matrix and the metering unit (both lhs behind side panel; get crudded for the sake of not giving the plates a quick swill under tap before loading.
The sensors are inaccesible tbh. Running hot cycles eventually may clear any crud.
Not draining in between could be down to not reaching temp or a tired drain pump. Check above first then move to drain thought.
Power off if you are to attempt any of this :plug:

Sorry to jump on your thread Madmac but saw this the other day in the storeroom at a local shed whilst doing a job there. It made me smile 😀

    Re: Disposal of old microwave

Radiation will be fine, in as much to say; appliance not powered up, therefore no chance of radiation risk. Possible high voltage charge left in appliance even when not plugged in for weeks still the only main danger TBH.

Seeing where you are, Tony Murray at Create may be a good choice.
