    Hi
Most use Opto Isolator IC’s instead of switches/relays.

    Re: Bosch lids not safe?

    Hi
The WFO 2466GB isn’t a built onder appliance, so what I imagine Bosch is sayoing is if you should desire to integrate it you need to fit a metal sheet lid. Thi shas nothing to do with fire, it is merely a precaution that if it was not fitted, little fingers could gain access to live parts :zap:

    Hi
ALWAYS order the substituted part, as this will be a modified/upgraded spare

Do you do lots of handwashing, Greg?

    Erm NO
If I have large items to wash and dry I use Launderette, the machines are capable of dealing with that sort of load.

I wouldn’t despair either, they make some cracking appliances, and I dare say they don’t manufacture the PCB (BSHman??)

Once that repair is done to the PCB you should have many years of carefree operation.

I blame the CAD operator 😆

Checked the float with the magnet moves up and down and is magnetic (no pressure switch)and turned it round just in case. only 18 months old and fault occurs intermittently as per customer. Any ideas?. Is it likely to be board?

    Thanks
    Simon

If you have turned float around, put it back to the light coloured part upwards.
I have found module to be at fault mostly with the overfill, along with the magnet chaffing on crud.
