There a filter in the sump, between the drum and the pump. It will be full of water, and make sure the power is off first!
I’d also check if the machine is heating properly ❓

Oi, take that dirty cricket talk into that other thread, please.
Rooney? I haven’t stopped crying since Satruday afternoon 😥 Do you put him in the squad? I suppose you have to! Who’s going to replace him? Maybe if we can through the qualifying rounds, he’ll be fit for the knock-out matches? But then, how do you tell the replacement striker that he’s out?
Or maybe Rooney could be used as a sub? Picture that! End of the game, everyone’s tired, then super-sub comes off the bench 😀
Is Owen going to be fit? It would of been perfect, to have Crouch at the front, heading back the ball to Rooney on the edge of the box. Could Owen do that?
Maybe it could be Crouch up front by himself, holding the ball up for a 5/6 man attacking midfield, with J.Cole, Lampard, Gerrald, Beckham and little Wright-Phillips? You could of had Lesley King, behind them (in front of my 3 man defence of A.Cole,Terry and Carrager) if he aint of got injured too 🙁
Defoe isn’t getting in the squad, so who do you take besides Crouch, and an injured Owen and Rooney? Bent?
I wouldn’t like to be in Sven’s shoes right now! 😕

Ah no!

…for the price for a motor, which is easily obtainable, but pretty darn expensive. That’s what Servis do! Cheap machines, with expensive spares 🙁 (They need to get the money back somewhere)

ParticipantRe: Upper end Bosch
Rather than an expensive Bosch, I’d get the Siemens SE25M275
Maybe around £400ish 😕

Let’s not get carried away 😉
We need a model number to make sure it’s the right pump, but it’s probably this one.
Power off before fitting please!

Wow 😀 Sounds like I’m sticking to the White Knight!
The Whirlpool’s are probably the same as the Bosch, and are a pretty nice dryer, but I can’t stomach selling Merloni stuff! It knocks me off my game, when I’m in salesman mode. I can’t sell products that I don’t have confidence in.
Customer: “What’s that Creda dryer like?”
Me: “Err… meh! It’s alrate!”
(Long uncomfortable silence)
Ps. Thanks Don

ParticipantRe: Indesit model No WE 13 fault code 12
Sorry, hate is very strong word! It’s correct for what I feel about Indesit, but I shouldn’t say that ‘most’ engineers feel the way that I do!
My point was, that most Indesit washing machine, are a pain in the neck 😕 And it’s hard to find an engineer that likes working on them, because of their high BER rate and expensive spares.
And I just want the public to know my opinion on Merloni…
Merloni = suffering. Don’t buy a Merloni product!
Maybe this should be continued in the trade forum, if/when?

ParticipantRe: Indesit model No WE 13 fault code 12
Could be a module fault? 😕
Unfortunatly I (and most other engineers) hate Indesit, so I can be bothered explaining their plug + pray module fiasco. I’ll just say…
They are a pain in the butt!
Get an engineer to it, or find some kind of giant trebuchet, to launch it at a brick wall!

If it has those pulleys, it’s a horrible, constant, low rumble, and it will drive you and your neighbours nuts 🙁
Merloni have been replacing those in their millions!
