ParticipantThanks for that will do

ParticipantYes I new it couldn’t be the valve as it stops when plug is removed it does seem as though there must be a feed to the valve
HotDog
ParticipantOk thanks Dave I will give that a go and get the ntc I did hold filter to the light on Friday when I went back but it was ok I also had a new condenser which I had acquired and left it for the customer to try but it made no difference
HotDog
ParticipantNo luck with this checked every thing clean condenser checked heater when it goes into fault it’s check filter if you press start button it won’t continue unless you open door and let the steam out it does this a couple of times then it goes ok and completes the program very strange doesn’t make sense tempting to change element
HotDog
ParticipantBlocked in the pressure chamber easy when you know what it looks
HotDog
ParticipantThere is an issue with the seals between the heater box and the condenser there is a problem with them leaking down on to the module it’s been upgraded might be worth a look on the board for any evidence
HotDog
ParticipantNice to see your still keeping your hand in Jim
HotDog
ParticipantThanks I am going back tomorrow I’m hoping it’s a blockage in the pressure switch
HotDog
ParticipantThanks for your help the water had formed a puddle under the filter the machine was slopping forward so I assumed that’s why there was a pool the filter did look ok but you could be onto something there I will be going back Friday to check element as suggested and filter
HotDog
ParticipantGood question I’m going of what the customer told me after doing all my checks I left it running till it did the fault I then opened the door obviously the steam came out then I started it again but she said it would just repeat the problem I run out of time and had to go
