Look under Amica Mike, I think the first one shown is the one you need.

Re: Creda Europa Solar Plus fan oven cut out

It should be on a stick on label inside the main oven door near the bottom, sadly they often peel off or wear away. 🙁

There are many versions of this model, with different wiring set ups for the door micro switch but TBH your door switch does not appear to be functioning correctly.

Re: Whirlpool to do a recall on Hotpoint dryers

Phone call yesterday, “Mr Banks, can you come and look at my dryer?”.

Me, what make is it and how old?

    “It’s a 6 year old Indesit.”

Do you know there is a major recall for a fire safety modification?

“Well they sent me a letter a couple of months ago but I didn’t bother replying” :rolls:

Only you really know the answer to that, not considered a difficult job but if the original wiring plug is burnt you will need to cut off and replace the damaged plug with AMP tags.

From that serial number the part listed above is correct.

Re: Hotpoint HULT 943 – door doesn’t open

That is the latest one and doesn’t have an emergency release so if this machine is just over 12 months old that is the correct one.

Unplug and wait, it should release after a while.

How do you know all this stuff?

Errrrr, possibly over 11 years working for Hotpoint and 37 years self employed in the same trade might be one reason 😆

You need to be careful as there are two different door locks fitted which might explain why you couldn’t find an emergency door release.

If you can give me all the numbers from the sticker inside the door I should be able to give you the correct part number.

Re: Hotpoint HULT 943 – door doesn’t open

F06 is a door lock error, the wiring plug to the door interlock is very weak and often burns out. A new door lock and replacement of the poor quality wiring plug with three separate AMP tags should sort it.
