    Re: PCB Repair Help Please.

Clean the pin and apply a blob of solder, a new pcb will need programming and will cost plenty so you have little to lose.

Thanks, it does confirm my original thoughts about the motor not being faulty. 😉

I’m surprised that no one stepped in on this totally unacceptable and obnoxious post from lee8. He is a prize cretin and no mistake. :rolls:

Sea was no problem, very rough but that’s part of the fun. Back in sunny Lancashire. Watched the Liverpool,United and City games live onboard ship. Onwards and upwards from now on for Burnley.

Re: drum shaft or no drum shaft ?

In the very soft water area I work in I probably change as many Hotpoint WM drum supports without bearings as vice versa. I can count on the fingers of one hand how many sub 12 month recalls I have had for either bearing or shaft changes separately in many long years.

As mentioned above a very careful examination using your experience and advising customer of the possible variables before you start is the method I use.

Sadly that sounds very much like a failing motor.

Fan oven element is the the most common one, C00199665 (6204370)
Top oven BASE element, C00233808 (6224630)

I assume you do mean the base element for the top oven and not the grill elements which are also used for top oven cooking.

Ssshhh, he is going into kennels but we haven’t told him yet. :eeek:

We have actually been to have a look at them after getting several good reports from my customers.

A very nice set up that only takes 14 dogs max, sadly he won’t get his couple of hours running around, they exercise each dog individually but can’t risk letting them off the lead. In fact they insist on using their own collar and lead.

Just hope Mick forgives me. 😥
