I made some enquires last year to do some contract work for them on their refrigeration products. They were offering £30 a call and did not want to pay any frg sundries either. I walked away as it wasn’t worth it for me.
Bare in mind you will be working on multi brands as they own Hotpoint/Indesit and also, do some work for Domestic and General. Majority of their products are likely to be integrated too.

Their website says they are DASA accredited established 40 years ago. Never heard of this company though.

i’m not sure what goes on with this company. i signed up couple of months ago. they sent me 3 jobs which an engineer had previously attended.
then sent a further 2 jobs to fit a compressor again someone had diagnosed.
(sent the compressor jobs back as they were paying only £43).
not heard from them for about a month now.

I would not trust them. go local still owes me money. I do know go local were moving offices and then just disappeared. abit of con I think… I know they passed a few jobs to couple of engineers over the phone and failed to email a job sheet to them.. when they chased for the email, their excuse was “cant email to AOl”..lol.. wtf?

    HI
HAVE TRIED THE HEATER BUTTON SITUATED IN THE ROOF OF DISPENSR SECTION.THIS WILL HELP WHEN ON.
IF WATER PIPE IS ALREADY FROZEN THEN DEFROST IT FIRST OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE A WHILE FOR TO DEFROST.

    Re: candy not so sweet

    hi
could be faulty light switch or lamp holder.some fridges have a thermal protector in the lamp housing that will need checking if your candy has one.
if all above and the new lamp are ok then problem may be in pcb.
I’d recommend you ask an engineer to confirm fault.
