    Re: A Radical Thought

you come across as bitter penquin, what would you have do with the fund? you have made suggestions that are to elaborate because of law restrictions, what i proposed is acheivable and would benefit all, i dont disagree in whole with what you say but maybe you are being too blinkered to the whole picture.

Then maybe certain aspects should be made subscription only ie repairs@ , but at the end of the day it would benefit everyone as i undestand it there is no purpose for the fund any way so why not make it work for the benefit of others as well as ourselves?

    Re: A Radical Thought

ok so here is a suggestion the subs are used to finance the hosting of a rack server hosted in the uk so we dont have to put up with the site being unavailble or hideosuly slow, that way its managed directly, people visiting the site wont be put off by the slowness , repairs@ wont suffer etc etc etc

wow what a response, i wont procastinate but get in the real world, no one pays for something they dont want something back in return, im not being obnoxious towards the overall goal of things here but at the end of the day money is money wether its a quid or 100000 quid. Im merely asking questions to get to a point like it or lump it.

Easy if you know what your doing. There isnt any micky mouse pictures and if you are unsure of what you are doing best leave it to someone who knows what they are doing. Try Repairs@ for some in your area who does 🙂

    Re: A Radical Thought

there some points i agree with and disagree with here, at the end of the day im like all of you/us a business man, i expect to get soemthing for my money, aimlessly paying for something with no clear direction or outcome from a business point of view is a dumb ass thing to do. Putting the funds into an interest bearing account is a prudent thing to do, keep accquiring funds with no purpose for them has no point at all does it ??

    Re: Questions

Realibilty is obvisouly a concern when you advise a customer to ‘what do you recommend’ but by the same token in the good old days when we were doing lots of service work with hotpoint/hoover failures was good for business its a case of a balance i guess , not to realible but not a product you want to be going to every month 🙂 Hence why i was seeking for some kind of marketing positioning in terms of other manufacturers as guidance.

    Re: Questions

In terms of market postioning what level is it designed to be levelled at in terms of realibilty? ie between say indeshite and bosch, bosch and miele ?

Having a 400ukp price tag is one thing but my concerns are relaibility in what i sell to my customers, i realise atm there is no data to go on and even then its a case of until its out there and being abused the true picture wont be told.

ntc = negative temperture coeffient (temperture sensor that changes resistance with temperture change, similar to a thermistor)

u can have ptc’s as well but they arent very common.

check heater relay isnt jammed closed, ntc, loom. failing that replace board

btw if you didnt know all miele machines have a circuit diagram in them usually behind control panel.
