Could this be good news if true, It may be the beginning of a new chapter for the Indepedant Dealers UK wide ,lets hope so.. Maybe Manufacturers will have to listen up to the Independants at last!!!

Hey.. l agree with you Bagman ,its very interesting when you read the trade mags such as ERT and Electrical Retailing , all the Manufacturers are extolling how good their products are and their service to the customers is second to none , and then “wot bout da Service” Ah yes let me see ,”oh yes we use a national service provider” Oh Dear l hear you gasp is that wise!! Are the Manufacturers listening or even reading (makes you wonder wether the suits can read) about the dreadful, yes dreadful service these people provide , Still what do we contractors know!!!! We,ll all be doing it for a shilling one day

Men in Suits again trying to be smart , Come on guys get a grip this is madness “Its going to end in Tears” Am l getting too old and crotchety coz l think over the years we have seen it all before, l think funkyboogy has summed it up, and yeah Fixed Cost Repairs is about exciting as a wart on a pigs ass

Aggghhh Shut the ^${e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}&& up about GDHA …. Now Yes Whirl4.. l think lots of contractors who were doing the jobs for JTM (Hope this covers the thread ,Oh yes it is )did not get paid properly and are not mentioning any problems they encountered on this JTM Thread , Just think.. if JTM were so good at what they purport to be doing, every contractor in the land would want to be part of it , but everybody l have been in contact with would not touch these people with a barge pole…

Anyway back to the thread here.. Sod the pattern spares.. Mike did mention about if we were owed money from this shower JTM we should go through the courts Hey when youve been in this trade as long as we have its “just walk away and move on” as it will usually cost and it just aint worth the hassle ,as most of these WPs and Manufacturers have some pretty slick lawyers who will escalate the issues just make it difficult… Hey are we back on track with the tread now!!

Yeah Quick fix , it will end in tears trust me, Been there done it …They still owe me now for jobs done and dusted but try and get the dosh forget it, 0800 is the pits and l will never work any of these suits ever. unbelievable l could write a book on my experiances with this crowd coz thats all they are a lousy crowd and the faster they are run out of town the better

l agree funkyboogy with your sentiments entirely.. its a pity that other 0800 engineers do not post any comments and now Mike Day has gone , nobody probably will never get a balanced view on the whole JTM senerio, its seems only the contractors who have left the team (“now thats a word JTM and the suits dont understand”) have made comments on this forum

Anything about 0800 is intereseting to read ,especially when they have treated companies with the disregard to those who were loyal including us here in Somerset , but then again after you have been in business as long as we have, you know the suits are not going to be loyal to the contractors concerned , the question is how do they expect a proper service arrangement with those contractors when they act like they do,, without those contractors they would indeed be up the Creek without a Paddle.But then do they care ,no!! they will use some other mutt to do the work and still get away with it ,You only got to read the reviews on Google about these Work Providers.. Hey the quicker they are gone …it will be the best for everyone

Yeah PGS get a grip, we are only here once !! life gotta be a laugh especially when you deal with the types of suits in this trade… anyway the blockbuster l think we are all waiting for is when Mike Day reveals all…Cant wait for that blog to come thro.. Hey stay lucky…

Does everybody think like l do “its just a matter of time, for these so called repair providers, because they will be long gone when the manufacturers realize that its their name thats being pulled through the mire” When people like ARGOS stop selling Chinese crap and start selling quality products and Manufacturers use either their own engineers or have a proper network of agents thoughout the UK and pay people properly, the Industry will be in a better state than its now…… Or am l a voice in the Somerset wilderness…

Are we to think that with the demise of IDSAL that now those engineers working for IDSAl are now doing the work for the JTM outfit ??? Makes you think dont it….as we never get any comments from anyone else except Mike Day and now he gone its gonna be a more secrative organisation.. WoW glad we do not have anything to do with this company anymore….

Hey l cannot believe it our only contact in 0800 has done a pope JACKED IT IN !!!! When everybody was slagging me off for my comments an it looks like l was right all da time and now so is Mike!!!….Hey Mike we wont let you eat humble pie as you were promised a future like we all were,and l,m sure you will still be a valued contributor to WTA.. but as with the men in suits it always will end in tears and those who think 0800 is the yellow brick road direction need to choose carefully.. l sincerely hope that Mike does not go into liquidation because of it , nobody deserves that…
